Only 3% of truck drivers in Canada are women. At Bison, it’s our mission to change that.

Ester

As a TCA Driver of the Year recipient, Ester knows what it takes to forge a successful career on the road. She credits Bison's family spirit and support network. To date, she has accumulated over 2.5 Million consecutive accident-free safe driving miles.

Treana

Treana proudly accepted the 2023 OTA-Volvo Driver of the Year award for her exceptional service and dedication. At Bison, Treana has found a home for Professional Drivers who don't settle for the bare minimum in safety. She challenges her peers to lead our industry to higher standards.

Leah

As a Bison In-Cab-Instructor, Leah can pass on her expertise and passion for Driving to up-and-comers. She is a steadfast advocate for Professional Drivers at Bison, actively serving in the Driver Advisory Board while providing her expertise to up and coming Drivers. To Leah, being a Driver with Bison is so much more than just a profession; it's a lifestyle.

In 2024, Bison was awarded Employer of Choice by Women Building Futures, a non-profit organization connecting Women with training and support services.
